App is slow
The app is to slow, I try to log in so many times it take more than 30 min, and when I try to pay my bills another 30 min to make it done and then process payment say error .
Can’t see payment history
Really annoying you can’t see payment history or see the current payment pending.
No place to see payment history
I’d like to be able to see the months I paid and how much.
Terrible paying system
The app stopped letting me pay on there and auto payment is gone. And the cash pay system doesn’t work because no one at Walmart can figure it out. They said the account number didn’t work. The app is super unreliable.
How can I pay with my credit card?
How can I pay with my credit card or debit card?
High fees
My husband and i pay our rent through this app and every time we do they make sure they find some way to take out enough fees so we dont have enough for rent then charge us for rent when we dont have enough money. Then add on more fees. Ive paid $125 plus more fees to this company. First they charged $25 for the late fee then another $25 couldn’t tell you why then another $25 for them to send ME a letter that i never asked for! They will do anything to charge you do not pay through them!
Yikes!!
I personally haven’t had an issue with the all. It’s a bill app, and paying bills isn’t my favorite thing in the world, but again there have been 0 issues. Until today, when I go to log in and pay rent and it ask for a company code that I put in months ago and have since then lost it discarded. There is not a way to sign in with credentials anywhere. If this is a security thing and having multiple entities, having their communities or businesses login one, why not just have a 2nd verification process or system and then route them to where they need to be after signing in?
