Using the app, I rescheduled service for a later date only to be notified on the morning they arrived that the date was not changed. The reschedule was done by a text service within the app. When I contacted customer service by phone, Christian (did a great job!) did not see any record the rescheduling had ever taken place. A note was made in my account to review the invoice once it arrives, but I’ll have to wait to see how that is handled.

I’m not sure how so many good reviews end up on apps this bad. But this app is only worried about cookies. It freezes and you can rarely get your information needed off of it. Needs serious work.

This app takes forever to load and often shows an error to try again. IF the app eventually opens, you have to wait forever between screens. I highly doubt this is a natively written app. It has all the signs of a bloated web port. I just want to read the notification and move on with my life.

Updated the app about a week ago and it will not load all the way. I get the flashing green leaf on an endless cycle. Fix the app!!

Not sure if they are even updating this anymore. I have tried logging in several different ways and no information will ever display. I have even tried letting it sit for 20 minutes and it keeps trying to load still. I have 2gb data connection as well. Guess I will have to call and tell them to cancel my services.
