Bad pricing
Cox keep raise up the price every month and when call them say sorry , thats not acceptable, they keep steal $

Please put the call forwarding back into the app.
Horrible App
The Cox Business app works twice a month… if I’m lucky. It is always have issues and errors and connection problems.
No more call forwarding
After removing call forwarding from the app, now you have to log I to the website to set up call forwarding. If you donut off your phone it. Takes 5 minutes to finally set it up. Please fix this. Why would you remove call forwarding from your app and make it so difficult. This is really the only reason anyone needs to use the app or online account on a daily basis. PLEASE PUT BACK CALL FORWARDING

Update Made this App Terrible
Used this app frequently to manage forwarding phone calls. Now it’s impossible to do it through the app. Have to log in through internet which takes forever and makes the app pointless.
My monthly premium
I never received my 50 gig upgrade to my email. Only received 5 gig!! I was sent two new motums to upgrade my internet also. My monthly coast doesn’t match what I was quoted. Please contact me. Thank you! Richard Berger
