Doesn’t work
I downloaded it and once I went I to the app it said to put in a email or phone number. I put in my phone number but this think popped up saying “error. Phone number not found. Try an email or contact costumer support.” And then the costumer support email thingy- So then I put in my email and it still didn’t work. I’ve tried both over a million times by now and it just keeps popping up and doesn’t allow me into the verification thing.

Loud sound every time you submit
The app in general works for it is suppose to do, which is to collect the answers for COVID 19 screening. And we have to use this app early morning and every time you submit it makes a loud sound based on your ringer settings. One star for not adding a simple mute button or making the sound optional, in spite of reaching out to support requesting this option for 6 months.
Rescheduling
Had a doctor that never showed up and there was no way for me to reschedule an appointment.
Takes to long to get into office
You need to complete the check in way before you get to the office. Wouldn’t be a problem if I didn’t live so close to the office.

The team working on the app is very responsive to concerns and issues with app performance. I really appreciate how easy the app makes checking in and getting a work pass for the day.
