Terrible for communication with care team
Frequently states “Problems with server, try later”. Difficult to consistently access messages and results of visits. Also up to date with list of my “care team”

I dont see my previous review up here (it was not good.) All these other bad reports: dozens of them show that Weil Cornell/ nyp does not care. There are people who know how to design websites with the users in mind. This is no longer an esoteric art. Sometimes you have to hire the best, instead of just someone who really really wants the job.

This app is unable to open after the latest update. It just auto quits without even presenting a login screen. It’s been this way for months.

Can’t even login in. When you do and hit enter it resets itself. Endless loop. Would like to use it but in the meantime you have to access via the web not the app.
