Log in to the app using your MyChart at NYU Langone account to get mobile access to the following: • Test results: View lab test results and standard ranges for each result. • Messages: View, create, and reply to messages from your healthcare team. • Appointments: View or cancel upcoming appointments, and read information about your previous appointments. • Health advisories: Get notified when it’s time for your annual physical, flu shot, and other preventive care needs. • Health summary: View your medications, allergies, immunizations, and current health concerns. • Proxy access: View health information for designated family members, including children. • Remote monitoring of patient health or vitals: Connect with Apple Health to monitor and share key health information with your care team, such as blood glucose, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, steps, temperature, and weight. (Disclaimer: Remote patient monitoring through the NYU Langone Health app requires prior enrollment of the patient by a healthcare provider. The app currently does not support individual usage without clinician consent and support. Patients must always consult with their healthcare provider before making any changes to a care plan.)

Works well. Two improvements. One would be easier access for non-NYU providers. Second, it is too easy to get taken out of Test Results menu and get bumped back to Home Page. And if there is a long history of test results, i have to start searching from the beginning. Very tedious. Otherwise i am very happy with app.

It always amazes me whenever I use NYU for results are posted the same day. Truly fantastic. I highly recommend NYU facilities over Northwell. With them you wait a week for results. NYU the best!

I scheduled a virtual appointment last month for today per my doctor.it was verified that day. I checked in the system today and it was not on the schedule. When I called to confirm, I was told several people who made appointments on MyChart were not in the system for today I was very disappointed since I scheduled my day around my 12:15 time slot.
