Capsule is amazing! The pharmacists are very responsive and you can text or message through the app which makes it SO easy. I’m a type 1 Diabetic so I have multiple insulins and some other meds and they deliver perfectly every time. It’s fast and amazing. I would HIGHLY recommend this app. If there are ever any coupons or discounts they can add on top of insurance, they will let you know. They actively try to save you money. Love Capsule!

Needed a refill on HIV prevention medication and Capsule was expecting me to WAIT 3 WEEKS to get it!! And this was after a week of back and forth with their “support” tram where I had to explain to them how the prescription worked. I went to a pharmacy and got it right away. Capsule cant be trusted with important medication.
United StatesTheoretically convenient but unreliable
Capsule seems like a great service, and it’s really convenient when it works. Unfortunately, I’ve found that there’s at best a 50/50 chance of my prescriptions actually being delivered as scheduled. I’ve had a repeated problem where the delivery person makes no attempt to contact me—no buzz, no text/call, no knock of my door—and then reports that I wasn’t home during my scheduled window. There’s also no option to see the tracking in real time, which would at least give me a degree of confidence that my medication’s on its way and give me the opportunity to keep an eye out for a delivery person (who I now suspect is just not showing up, period).

I was a huge fan of Capsule back in a day. But today’s experience is a bloody mess. I got a prescription on my kid medication written to Capsule. First they asked for her insurance and waisted half a day not seeing it was added under my name instead of my kid’s. Then they said it couldn’t be delivered today and I asked for a transfer to my local pharmacy. I had to text them, call them and then for 2 hours they simply ignored all my comms. It’s almost 9 in the evening, my kid needs the meds now and it still stuck with this darn service.
