Stay far away from this company especially if you’re pregnant or planning on having a child. They randomly cancelled my families insurance and have created a cluster mess of errors that for some reason I have to fix their incompetence. The app is great if you’re an already existing member, if you’re a new signup the app doesn’t help. You are much better off paying out of pocket and going bankrupt or starting a go fund me than using Healthfirst. The fact that they can continue doing business the way do shows what a horrible path this country is on.

The United States President gave me orders. When I get back to him & tell him how I’m being treated. I’ll probably get the healthcare I need so I’m the meantime The ARMY gave me orders to get the Cyst taken out of my spine…. It’s not Cancer Drs have tested it & found it to be a pimple that needs to be popped. With a needle. Super scary. I don’t think New York has the Money to even help me, I probably have to Join the Army again.

What is the purpose of having the option of paying your bill through the OTC website when you can’t even use it on your phone about 2/3 months ago that option was able to be used to pay.Today I went to go pay my bills with the OTC card you’re not able to use the app on my phone as ofwhich is July 14 2023 and is right back to you have them to use a actual laptop computer. This needs to be fixed ASAP.
