Global TeleMD is ideal for non-emergency health issues such as a cold, fever, rash, eye infection, orthopedic concern, back or joint pain or pediatric questions. You must “Create a Profile” after you download the app. You can schedule a video consultation or request a call back from a doctor through the Global TeleMD app. Global TeleMD consultations are complimentary with phone consultations available in several languages and video consultations available in English and Spanish. Requests for a Call-back are typically responded to within 1 hour. Video consultations can often be scheduled same day. Medical guidance, possible diagnosis and treatment options are possible outcomes from remote consultations.
Can’t use app to make appointment or call
The app doesn’t seem to work at all. I can’t move forward in the system to select the country for either a call or telehealth appointment which means I can’t request them at all with the app. I didn’t realize it was so useless. I’m sorry I got this travel insurance. we need to invest in actually making this App work
Never Works
Have fun logging in. The only thing you’ll get is a “Client code error” and then have your device blocked. What a terrible app.
Horrible
Made a video appointment but let getting an error message saying the video call was not available. I then got an email saying the appointment had been cancelled. When I submitted a complaint to customer service the email bounced back, saying the mailbox was full.
Does not work
The app collects all kinds of information and on the very last page throws an error “can’t be blank” when all the fields were completed. Went back and forth several times to triple-check, it would not submit the info to schedule the appointment. Very disappointing.
Terrible!
If I could give this zero stars I would Logs you out, says people have tried contacting you when they haven’t, doesn’t give you a heads up to join the waiting room, tells you 10 mins when in reality it’s an hour, then when you do finally get into the app waiting room it literally boots you out, logs you out of the system and says error when you try to log back in Complete waste of time! Don’t bother with it Disgrace in this day and age with technology so advanced and especially considering the premiums people are paying for GeoBlue this is a shambles
Never Works!
I have done everything possible to speak with someone about this useless app, with no results. Despite being registered, and having the correct log in credentials, I always get an error message. It hasn’t stopped me from purchasing GeoBlue travel insurance, as the core product is more important. But it’s unacceptable that the IT department at GeoBlue doesn’t fix this. There’s a reason the app has a 1.6 rating on the App Store!
