This app has been very helpful for getting support with my anxiety while on campus. The therapists are highly trained and great at what they do. I also like the self care and snack ideas they show in the app. Highly recommend

I have tried many times to access this app as it comes free with my schools tuition but unfortunately as someone that is in dire need to speak to a therapist and do not have insurance, this unfortunately does not work for me. I sign in, get verified through my school and it just brings me back to the login page. In this day and age where everything is just so chaotic, I would’ve liked to leave a review where it is positive rather than negative one. Please timely care, fix your system glitch because in reality, I am paying for services that I unfortunately cannot use. Thank you

I am a USF student who uses this app for mental health counseling. There are great people here who really want to help you and who will love talking with you. Getting help is really brave and important and I think this could really help you if you are feeling alone.
