Another bad update version
Come on Inogen! Get the app fixed, update version-now wont connect at all, can’t see battery status, column life, nothing. We love the G5 hardware, but the app is useless to us patients.
Won’t Pair
After trying to confirm the G5 device supplier, the app shows a message that the device is already paired with another Bluetooth device, even though there aren’t other devices to pair to.
New app doesn’t work
The new app will not work. Did they not do a requirements training?
Will not connect
Searching for my new Inogen G5 does not work. No concentrator found. Tried many times. Uninstalled, reinstalled, power off, power on, nothing helps. Clicked the Customer Care button, got a recording, says I reached the emergency line. Says if I bought my concentrator from Inogen, call back during business hours. Well I bought mine from an authorized dealer, so the help line will not help me. But the dealer can't help with the App. So, there is no help anywhere for this defective app?
Updated app does not work
Versions 2.0 and 2.1 do not work. Please roll back to the version that actually worked.

2.1 doesn’t work any better than 2.0 - give us an option to go back to version 1.8 - that one worked.
3/20/24 downloaded new upgrade doesn’t work
A couple of weeks ago I downloaded the new version (have a G4 purchased in August of 23), some type of software upgrade and since then couldn’t get the unit to work properly. The unit produces oxygen (I assume) but can’t see anything about how the G4 is working, can’t change settings or see anything about the unit. Called Inogen and first customer agent had me try a bunch of button pushing and eliminate the original app and install new version (from Apple app I have an iPhone 11)- still didn’t work so she said that a tech would call me in 24 hours…. Still waiting. Called back Inogen yesterday, pushed a bunch of buttons and removed app and reinstalled. Nothing! The customer service rep said my name was in system backwards, so I was told to check in 24 hours and everything would work. As another customer comment stated, this is a medical device, I’m pretty much end state emphysema and need oxygen, so not seeing the status of the unit and not being able to change O2 settings is problematic. Perhaps it time to call FDA and lodge a complaint, this really is way inexcusable
