Never works on the first try
Log in and says that it is unable to recognize me as I am not in their system although I have been on it for almost two years!! I try to log in so many times it locks it then possibly after closing and reopening app over 50 times u will suddenly take me to the submission screen for my weekly test result.

The last two times I used the app to enter and submit my INR results, the app has crashed and closed. The first time, my results did transmit. However, on 3/25/24, the app again crashed and did not transmit my results to the monitoring entity, even though the results show in my history. If I can’t rely on the app to work as intended, it provides no utility and I will have to telephone results to my provider. Please have the development team evaluate the app’s functionality.

I can’t set up this app on my iPhone. It won’t accept the ID and PIN as directed and won’t allow me to enter my email address and password that I use on my iPad. It is therefore impossible to report my testing results on my phone. Please improve this app so that it can be used by new iPhone users.

I have been home testing my INR for about 6years. Never had much problem with the app until the last two weeks. WONT SIGN ON. I even restarted my phone and uninstalled/reinstalled the app without a change. Very frustrating!!!!
