App does not include all needed features.
We bought the monitoring unit we did due to the ability to share data. Imagine our surprise to find out the app no longer has the functionality to issue invites for sharing. Now I have to return yhe unit, find another one and start over. What a stupid waste of time, wish I could give the app and company minus stars.

After asking several times for documentation on where, when and how purchased and that documentation being provided I got no response for questions I asked about the O2 Ring I bought. Obviously not interested in helping the customer after purchasing the product.

This updated app now has a new feature, the gigantic favorite star. A problem , if you had any notes on BP reading, once you hit favorite it will erase all of you notes. It would be nice to have a small icon showing a note is on the entry of history.

Junk App! Your personal data at risk in China. Security concerns, poor functioning. Your health data sent to China. DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THIS APP IS FULL OF BUGS. Before December 2022 this app was solid, easy to use, clear graphics and easy zoom feature. There was no registration required. Back then I rated it 5 stars. Then they tried to monetize it and collect your data. They absolutely ruined it. Now it's amateur looking, glitchy, user interface is sub standard and you must register. There are security concerns because once registered your health information, location, etc are available to whoever is in control of the data in a foreign country. The company rolled out this terrible version starting in December 2022 without warning users. Reviews immediately went to 1 Star. Even though the app hasn't improved, there are a suspicious number of 5 Star reviews. That is suspicious.

I WATCHED my husbands O2 fall to 80…repeatedly….it only recorded a random snippet and said his lowest was a 1 time drop of 86. DO NOT DEPEND ON THE APP FOR HISTORY OR RECORDS and certainly DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!…..also….i cant get portions of the ridiculous thing to get off of the demo mode. Stupid!!!!
