Garbage app with zero password reset
Apparently, I forgot my password, but the password reset feature never sends an email…never. And, no, it is not in my junk email or elsewhere. This has resulted in a totally useless blood pressure cuff. To make things worse, there is zero support available from this Japanese based company. DO NOT BUY their products. Buy USA only!!!

The scale function is so slow to sync with the app despite trying the usual “tricks” that I regret the purchase deeply. Why have a Bluetooth scale if the data doesn’t show up?

Works but no hypotension warning. So important.
I wish there was a Hypotension (Low-Blood pressure) notice reading and warning. Right now the machine and app will tell a hypotensive customer that they have NORMAL BP, and customer will go on with their day nearly fainting. Recommend adding hypotension feature. And recommend the color BLUE for the font in the app for hypotension. Maybe update machine’s firmware via Bluetooth. Using BP5250
Shackled to a corpse
Instrument works. The app makes the hardware look cheap. The app used to enhance the instrument. Now it detracts. The EKG doesn’t work at all as the app can’t go into landscape. It stopped communicating with an older BP device. But hey, they will sell you support for the seriously bad interface. So much for OMRON. Anything is byte than this crock.
No Credit?
I’ve been using this app four times a day, following their instructions to earn maximum credit, but it’s not registering my activity. I emailed them, telling them about my experience, and they said that it’s a known issue. IMO, they should disclose this issue.
