There is no live support and the online support is terrible. The hardware software communication is seriously flawed. I am going to return my scale. Too bad the last one was pretty good.
United StatesIOS app not syncing weight changes from desktop
Sorry Withing, I tried to send feedback in the support section but that is a difficult feat to say the least and could use a good revamping. My problem is that changes to weights on the desktop (e.g., delete a weight) no longer syncs to the iOS app. This was a problem sometime ago then you fixed it, then with the latest update is stopped working. It's not back to any change to make on either platform, you have to go manually adjust on the other platform.

The app is terrible. I weigh myself often and sometimes it takes days to update. Also the app doesn’t communicate with the other programs I want to use. Makes the scale pretty much useless for my data needs. So disappointing!

Sometimes it’s not easy to navigate the app. I’ve had to google how to do a couple things. There’s a lot of capabilities slammed in there. And the notifications. Today I got 4 of the same exact notification just to give feedback about the scale. There’s no way to find out exactly what notifications the app will send you. There’s no way to review what notifications the app is capable of. You go in there and there’s just a pile of of them like another inbox for you to sort through. It wants to be your all in one fitness app, but I have an app for tracking everything else. I just wanted a fun scale with body composition in it. And there’s no way to configure the app to do only that. It keeps trying to set goals and congratulate me on things. I just want a little bit of a simple mode.

I would give it zero stars if it allowed. It said I’ve had a -62% decrease in my fat mass, it doesn’t measure my heart rate. Hardware and software team really did not journey map all the user scenarios so lots of things don’t work. I made a mistake behind this hardware and the app is no better. The support team won’t replace a device or just doesn’t respond.
