Unless you pay more money the unit doesn’t tell you any more than you can learn from just taking your pulse. If anything abnormal is detected you will have to pay more money to find out what it is. My doctor is not impressed by it and I consider this for entertainment only.

I used Kardia recently when I began experiencing some symptoms similar to those I had before a stroke in 2013 due to Afib. It registered possible Afib, I called my cardiologist and I was immediately put on a 24/7-30 day prescribed heart monitor. The wkg from that monitor confirm d that presence of AFib. Waiting for a return call from my electrophysiologist to discuss next steps. Fingers crossed 🤞🏼
