Long story short I have MS and have not gotten my medicine for TWO ENTIRE MONTHS of being off and on the phone with these guys. I have been in numerous hour long calls and have even gotten escalated directly to management and they still cannot fill an order. TWO MONTHS. This pharmacy is useless and I absolutely do not recommend anybody screw themselves over by switching to accredo. I need this medicine to function and they cannot do something as simple as ship it to me.

The app is usually out of sync with when you should and should not be ordering. I’m constantly afraid of a big bill showing up (which has happened before).

Pharmacy claims they didn’t receive RX so it was resubmitted. While they say it take 5-7 days to process and set up to deliver, there were questions that I feel should I have been rectified before 13 days. If I had not called and called, this RX would still be in the PROCESSING stage. The advocate, though, was absolutely outstanding! Communicated and followed up on several occasions. For that person, I am grateful. The entire process needs work.

Mobile app doesn’t allow me to specify special shipping requirements. I have to call in to request special temperature controlled shipping. Also, the app does not show how many refills remain in my prescriptions.
