Not user friendly
It’s too complicated having to change your passwords, and all the protocols required to fill script, it’s also very annoying to have to continually authorize automatic refills…

No Apple Pay, only PayPal (stay away from PayPal if you can, people) The app won't pull in my phones saved card data either so without my physical card, I'm forced to use PayPal. The app also requested a prescription way too early and I had a doctor call me about it. Not a good look!

If you have an app you should be able to reach someone via the app. Instead, if you want to cancel, you have to call. Wait 15 minutes. Talk to a person who knows absolutely nothing and then wait another 10 minutes. Just to cancel a freaking order!!!
