App crashes ever time I hit forgot password. It just closes and I can’t log in at all. Please fix

This app is truly horrific. I’ll use Face ID but then not the next day. Does not use auto fill does not use pretty much any advanced technology. Trying to reset my password it crashes. Pretty typical for this horribly bad app.

There’s absolutely no excuse for logging us out every time we close the app. There’s also no excuse for not using Face ID. The iPhone is the most secure electronic device on the planet. Yet somehow, CVS in their brilliant wisdom, thinks they know better! CVS is so poorly managed that they should not be making any decisions on their own. The three brothers that own this company are complete Donkeys and don’t know how to run a business! The customer service is the worst of any business I’ve ever experienced! Please hire some real professionals.

This app is not updated to the current iOS and is indicating that I have a phone incompatible with the app. This is false. I have a brand new iPhone 15 pro. Get it together CVS.

This app is shockingly awful in its UI/UX design and even more so in how nearly completely useless it is. Honestly I don’t know why CVS Caremark even bothers with maintaining this app given the fact that it’s missing so much basic functionality and is so cumbersome to use at all. It’s legitimately a *much* worse version of the official Caremark website both in design & functionality—you can’t view ANY relevant information related to your plan other than your prescription card. Do yourself a favor and avoid the headache of this app and just stick to using the Caremark desktop website.
