Aetna new updated app
This is sooooo FRUSTRATING, cannot log in and I’ve NEVER had this issue. Have had Atena & been using this app since 1990 now suddenly am unable to login. What is going on. I see lots lots of unhappy users. I don’t know if someone’s using my insurance or not b/c I can’t even log into the system to verify my claims or see EOBs. A huge mess, no improvement at all. Only gave 1 star b/c I had to otherwise would’ve been ZERO.

You can’t even click on the top option in the app. Do then you go and use your computer and it times you out it keeps saying after 15 mins. I’ve literally been doing this for 4 hours!! The app is ineffective for essentially everything. I wish I just received a pamphlet with everyone I can call and use direct. As this is beyond infuriating. Dot even get me started on the cvs Healthcare option. I work in IT and am good navigating things but it is truly the worst for such a large company. The reason I switched over actually. My mistake.

How does an insurer in a for profit healthcare system have such a terrible app? I’ll tell you how. They don’t give a d#mn if it works for you or not. It’s a terrible app that works not at all.

App lacks a lot of Medicare information and is obsolete with 2024 medical staff at clinic and hospital locations. Due to this inefficiency, rewards program(s) are worthless.

Every time I open the app, it forces me to try to update my email address and language preferences, fails at that, and only after that lets me in. Super annoying!

Can not open fully the coverage used or still available on my phone. I get a general cover page but no specifics of to date coverage. Very frustrating.
