Worst telahealth app ever
This has to be the worst telahealth app I have ever used. Tried for hours to get logged in. Tried calling and even the person we spoke with on the phone couldn’t figure it out. Never use again.
Accolade is horrible
Long wait times, representatives who know nothing, put on hold repeatedly. Then promises to follow up with you —- crickets. I have had to call three times to get a response. And many times I am provided wrong information. If I could rate it zero, I would.
Representative doesn’t respond
Downloaded the app as I was informed it would make communication with my rep easier. He sent one message and then has ghosted me going on three weeks now for no reason with the clock on my claim counting down. Seems better to stick with their phone support to get any kind of response.

This app works as well as the telephone service reps. It deserves the 1 star rating. I tried looking up Allergy And Immunology Dr with zero success. Also there’s no records of me contacting them to check coverage of Cholesterol-C blood test. No one called back and there’s nothing the messages on this app Just let us deal directly with BCBS or UHC, whoever our regional admin is because Acolade is a poor performer

Long wait time
Having to wait 24 hours for a response via message is ridiculous. I’ve called and I get directed to the app. It’s like a no win.
