I will miss using this app. As my company switches from humana this is the thing I will miss the most. I love this app. Everyone that worked on it - thank you! I appreciate your hard work. I used this app often and loved accruing points for rewards. Great job!
Updates are horrible!
**UPDATE**3/20/23. The latest update has made the app unusable. Nothing syncs, constantly saying my user name and password are wrong and takes forever just to load to tell me I can’t log in. Our insurance discount is based on our activity, so our company is losing money because the developers cannot seem to do an update without messing up the app. I have emailed the developers with no response. FIX THE APP OR PAY FOR MY INSURANCE. EVERY year I have to go through the same stress of the app not picking up any of my steps or workouts when our insurance plan renews. I have two tickets open now and I have not received any credit for November. That costs me money, as my company applies the discount received to my premium and I have to spend time with support trying to get it fixed. My husband also cannot redeem our points for anything. It’s ridiculous that this happens EVERY YEAR.
Not a good app
There’s a “scheduled maintenance” almost everyday which you cannot login & when there’s not one, I will receive a login error! As soon as I get to platinum status, I will be GLAD to NOT use this app!
Horrible update
I’m forced to change my password every time I use this app. Very frustrating. The app was working fine until someone tried to fix something that wasn’t broken
Worthless now
I used to love this app, but I haven’t been able to login for over a week. It keeps saying over and over again my username and password don’t match when they always have been fine, I’ve changed the password. It works on the computer, and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I still keep getting the same message. I emailed the app developer and no response.
