Changed My Life
This centerwell app and pharmacy have changed my life for the better and I’m so grateful for it. The first order went slowly but that’s to be expected even in a brick and mortar business. I’m over the moon about the app how easy it is to see and interact with my account as well as tracking my orders paying my bill and just overall being in charge of my records as well as my treatment plans. Poorly written app
Does not have accurate pricing on Rx’s. On high priced drugs, will show $50 then $90 and then when ready to ship shows $699. Actual price on Humana is $300. Removed drug from cart, then it listed same drug four times with a total due of $1,800+. You need to do better than this. This is just plain NUTS!
Beyond frustrated
This has to be a nightmare because this can’t really be happening. Every single time I try to sign into my account it says it doesn’t recognize my info and my account is locked! So I finally manage to change my password for the fifth time only to get to the “Hmmm something went wrong in our end” page! Please try again. And again. And again. Still something wrong on their end and the fourth time I sign in what do I get??? Wrong info and my account will be locked!! How can that be when I just changed my password and it worked good enough to get to the HMMMM page 3 times then suddenly it’s the wrong password??? Unbelievable. I feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone and the only thing I can think of is to change to United Healthcare or anything besides Humana if this is what I have to put up with!

My doctor sends in my scripts the same date every month but depending on who I talk to at the pharmacy, there's a hangup of some kind on one or more items. I have yet to get my meds filled and shipped without a problem. The most common excuse is that they didn't receive anything from the doc. I've had the same wonderful doctor for 20 years, who would send in my refill requests to a local pharmacy and no problem. They would be ready for pick-up the next day or maybe 2. This mailing thing is a joke. Lots of phone calls, checking their app that makes no sense, and eventually getting your meds 3 WEEKS later. It's a very poor method whatever they do. I will not renew with this program at next chance.
