AEP is right around the corner, please fix
My sign-in works via web browser not on the app. Keeps locking me out and IT is trash! Get it together if you want us write business this AEP.
Won’t allow me to log in.
It won’t let me sign in. I tried to sign in and it said that my account was locked because of too many log in attempts, when it was my first time logging in.
Update for iPad Pro 11
The iPad Pro 11 came out in 2018 and Apple just released the second generation of this tablet. The screen is still fitted to the older model of the iPad, the 9.7 and/or 10.5 models. Please allow me to use the entire 11 in screen. Also there’s a little bit of a lag when the member is signing. It was not there a few versions ago but it is on there now and it is a little annoying.

Back on the 17th. No good. Today weeks later disappointed. I was having trouble starting an application offline. No good. Had to use MAPA. Competitors like Ascend, UHC, and Cigna work beautiful!

How many millions do you waste to give us unless app? You want paperless, then give us a app that doesn’t need to be downloaded to update every day!!!

EHub Glitch
When migrating from Scope to App, try just closing EHub completely and log back in. You may find the scope in appointments offering “Enroll”. Seems to go fine after an App reboot. I have 60 submitted apps since starting to use EHub. Don’t be afraid to close it completely, everything will be there when it reopens.
