Can’t log in thru app
Fix please online can log in thru website but app says no required permissions to log in
Worthless
Can’t even log into account in the app. When I was able to, it uses a browser to log into BAM account. What ever that is. But at least that logs me in. App says “we can’t load your coverage data, try again later” same with trying to find doctors. Only thing I can see is my online card. I remember before I would be able to see what was paid towards my deductible and my family’s deductible. Fix it
Better Experience on BCBSIL Website
At the beginning of the year I changed plans. On BCBSIL website, I can see my correct, current plan/account information. The BCBSIL app only displays my old plan - with no way to update it in the app. This renders the app useless.
Goodluck
Couldn’t even login and theres no app support or it’s not made clear who I can contact. Back to the website it is.
Pretty much unusable
The app redirects to a website browser instead of staying within the actual app. It’s slow, clunky, and difficult to navigate. It will time out on itself. One problem I’m having right now is trying to find a radiology center, all that comes up when I search are doctors and doctor’s offices.
A laggy, app that has WRONG provider information
The Provider Finder (for finding care). Has barley any reviews for providers, and often erroneous information which is dangerous. I live in San Francisco and most providers are listed with old addresses, or are straight up gone. In my panic to find an urgent care unit I thought calling an advice nurse would help, but they gave me just another list that was out of date. I now use third party apps and websites to find coverage cross referencing them. Oh and the app is laggy and janky even in wi-if. If you can, stay away from BlueShield.
1 star for something I can’t use.
Can’t even use the app after being a member for over 5 years. Apparently don’t have the correct permissions and no link to tell how to fix that
