Despite still having good doctors, it is impossible to get a hold of those doctors because they outsource their call center to another country. And they haven’t trained anyone in that call center so you can never get through to the actual doctors office you need to speak with. They ask you erroneous questions that are completely irrelevant to why you’re calling and then don’t cancel your appointments when you ask. The joys of private equity buying up they extracting profit and driving down quality. Great job.

A patient with immediate issues has no way to contact their primary care provider. When a second opinion, or a referral to a specialist is indicated, an appointment is made without the patient’s consideration is taken as to the situation. An appointment was made for me without my knowledge. It was not in my area and it was made for 6 weeks out. Too late to be of any help. I went to the Uof C local office where they got me in the next day. Diane Leib
