This app is so terrible. It rather loads and just spins and spins. Once I can finally get on it, it takes so many attempts to get the drop down menu to switch between patients (my kids are linked to my profile). You would think for how big northwestern is and how much money they charge for services that their app would work better…

Received a text instructing me to complete E check in via MyNM.com. Once in my account there is no reference to E check in at all. This whole process is a complete waste of my time and is totally frustrating.
