Stop making your app so complicated
Every time you guys change your name or fall in with a new network you screw me over with the app, and make it a whole lot less user friendly. You have your employees REFER to using the app for questions they should easily be able to answer themselves. If you’re going to make the app so complicated to RE-REGISTER by force, then stop replacing humans with technology.

Disappointing, frustrating app
The app is poorly organized. For example, when a text message arrives indicating new information from your health care provider is on the app, there is no way to tell where the information is located. No “new messages “ area. Just multiple locations where various notifications show up. Yes, each area will indicate that there are unread messages, but the system is set up to send a message every time I burp, it seems. Necessary messages get lost in the confusing layout of the app. An added frustration…there is no “share” menu. I can’t send pdfs of statements and “paid” status on bills to my printer or as email attachments for insurance reimbursement. Very frustrating. On the plus side, I like that I can see appointments, after-visit summaries, and test results. It sure would be great if the app were arranged for the user, though. The user interface really needs serious redesign.
