The My Rush app provides mobile, on-the-go access to your health record so you can manage your care on a single, secure platform. The app has many features such as: • Access to medications and test results • Messaging with your care team • A virtual COVID-19 vaccine card • Online scheduling • Virtual care through E-Visits and on-demand video visits, directly in the app The app is also integrated with the Apple Health App using Apple's Healthkit capability, which allows you to download your medical and immunization records directly from your electronic health record to your iPhone.
Always experiencing problems
App always has issues logging in. I have it set to Face ID but it’s always saying password invalid, account doesn’t exist, so I try a few times and like magic it works! Once I’m in, there are always issues too, can’t ever find appointments and always get the message to call, so what’s the point of the app?! Also, they want you to check in ahead of time (I get it) and to verify your information then when you show up at your appointment you have to verify your info again. Redundancy at its finest. Always easy to set up a payment plan though, how convenient. Besides this app, I hate the billing and that needs a revamp too!!!
RUSH HOSPITAL
Do yourself a favor and go to a different hospital. The entire care team I had at RUSH did absolutely nothing for me but leave me in pain to suffer.
The Portal attempts to log you out when you make a Doctor selection!
Attempting to create a new appointment after reviewing appointment schedule, I was forced to Login for a second time to gain access to schedule a new appointment with a doctor. Repeated the process and was logout by the system again. Seems like there are two dedicated programs and access points. One for patient’s history and a second to make an new appointment. They need to be merged and transparent to the user. They obviously should not require multiple logins during a single secession!

I love the rush app, it is so convenient and easy to use. I love my Doctor she is always available to answer questions in a timely manner.
Better, Better, Better
This app continues to get better and better. As we hope our minds, bodies, and souls are made better by the care we receive at venerable University Hospital, it’s terrific to watch this app. Continue to evolve into a user-friendly platform. Thank you to all who are guiding its tech-human evolution.
Unable to make appointments
I keep getting logged out when trying to make an appointment.
