What it does do it does fairly well
But it’s missing quite a few things. Processing referrals or streamlining the referral process to be more seamless. Submitting questions about referrals gets submitted to some type of customer care where they never respond (or the response is unhelpful). It would be nice to see past prescriptions, refill/approval for prescriptions, dr visit summaries. And for some reason I always have to resubmit a photo of my insurance which is annoying.
