Amazing
It’s an amazing app. I just wish it had an actual caloric intake and nutrient tracker so I wouldn’t have to use two different apps. I understand that caloric intake tracking creates bad eating relationships, but it can also create a positive outcome and outlook on nutrition and its effects on the body.
Middle of the Road
The app platform is underwhelming for tracking progress. The coach has been really nice. The group for the most part doesn’t really participate.
Immediate progress
I’ve lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks, and no calorie counting! The meal tracking is easy and makes you think about your food as fuel rather than calories. Knowing there’s a coach monitoring your progress helps keep me on track. This has been the easiest plan I’ve ever followed.
Great beginner program
Omada is a great program for someone that is on the beginning of their health journey and not sure where to start. I think for someone that needs better tools and resources it is not a good program. I think there could be significant improvements made with the food tracking. The program allows a person to self identify whether or not a food is healthy or not and it does nothing to help with knowing proper portions of food.
