This app is unreliable and useless
Information on the app is often incorrect. You can reliably search for a doctor, claims are often absent. The app usually can’t deliver on what it is supposed to provide. Just delete the app and go to the website. The app is just a total waste of time.
Nearly impossible to get help
There's no way to communicate with Cigna other than the a chat feature with very limited functionality. Your question is limited to 255 characters. It's impossible to go back and edit as you're entering your question. If Cigna agents don't respond within a few minutes the chat closes automatically.
Filing a Claim
We have been trying to get information on a claim we filed with Cigna in 11/23 and have not gotten anywhere. It’s less than $2,000.00 and they keep telling us they’re going to follow up with us and never do. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience.

This app is not allowing me to login… not expecting this kind of from Cigna.. unable to contact my healthcare both in app and browser …
