Not well thought through…
This app and the usability are obviously after thoughts for the Cigna challenge…there are tons of issues: -You can’t see your progress or how much you have done for any of your goals. When I addressed this with support they said you could email them and they could tell you your progress… an app, but make it 1983… why would I email you for details in the app? -after you log your progress, you usually have to close the app and come back to see it updated -the apple health sync doesn’t work -I put the wrong date for the workout I did on Thurs (since I have to manually put the data in after the fact) and you can’t edit the date of activity, although you can edit everything else about it. Had to delete and re-input. -it is always “refreshing” - I end up closing it multiple times when I’m trying to use it -I have participated in this challenge multiple times and there are consistent, ongoing issues with no updates, changes or edits to the app
Terrible app
This is without a doubt one of the worst apps I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. It’s more buggy than a vegetable garden and loads like a broken down front loader. I spent the whole day just try to get the thing to just login. But it just spins and spins.
Completely faulty app, no help available
The idea behind this wellness challenge is great, but unfortunately, so many features don’t work. I’ve restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but I continue to get error messages for inviting friends and family, connecting or disconnecting, wearable devices, and trying to contact help for more help, when I go to the website, the only option for help is to look at the topics they’ve already created, but there’s no way to move beyond that.
Poor Support poor app
Horrible app halfway through the fitness challenge. The app just stopped updating. I constantly try to reload reached out to customer support. They took three and four days to get back to me. This is a horrible challenge and a horrible app.
Log In Issue
Haven’t been able to login for a couple of days now. Unsure of how to fix, app is up to date and phone is connected to internet.
Terrible, worse than first attempt
This app exists only to check a box for Cigna’s Health challenge…yeah, sure, we have an app! Evernorth bombed on this, should I even call it “attempt” to make a UI that was usable. You can’t see what your team or challenge mates are doing very easily. And getting a badge is a hassle - there is no tracking what is being done and no way to tell how much more you need to do what activities to get a badge. There i s just a random bar under each badge that the Evernorth team called a progress bar but you can’t tell what the progress is. Its mildly infuriating.
