Sustainable Lifestyle
This is a program designed to help teach and implement lifestyle changes, rather than short term diet changes that spring back when I stop. I’ve tried other diets (Atkins, Forks Over Knives, Vegetarian, counting calories, IIFYM, Keto, etc.). Wondr is my favorite so far, and they are 100% accurate based on everything I’ve learned before. Their tips and tricks set them apart too. Overall this is a great resource to help me meet my goals.
Revolutionary Weight Loss Approach
Okay. So, it may not be so revolutionary to you. But for me it was! I thought I had tried everything. From the Cabbage Diet to Atkins, Points to Calorie counting, aerobics to weightlifting. But I had never tried this simple method of paying attention to my hunger and only eating when I was. To be fair, I’m only a week into the program, but I’ve already lost 10 pounds. I’ve got about 40 to go, and I’m sure the process will slow, but the skills I’ve already gained are lifelong. I will not try to explain what I’ve learned, but I will say. If you have the ability and opportunity to try Wondr, I think you will find it impacting! Go for it!!

Great App
I love this app and the program. My only issue is the videos don’t always load and my progress in the videos doesn’t save. However, it offers great advice for weight loss and it has been helping me lose weight.
Great program, good app
The program itself is great. I’ve already learned some great skills and the content is chock full of good stuff in easy digestible videos. The app is good, though I’ve experienced a few bugs with the videos not playing after each other which required me to watch a video twice. Overall a good experience!
