Never updates my info
This app is worthless, it doesn’t update my information that I’ve entered several times. It’s hard to look up cost of coverage for specific services, looking for doctors is difficult as well. It’s easier just to call insurance but they always want to push you to use a worthless app. Then every time I log in to send verification code only has email listed when I have entered my cell number several times and always says number not on file. What a waste

I have a uti and cannot get the link for vitual visits to work. I updated the app as required and nothing. This app is suppose to save me time and money, but it is doing neither.

When I tried finding doctors nearby, I’d look the doctor up and they’d actually not even be at the same practice anymore (sometimes not even the same city!) and apparently the only place that comes up when I look for a PCP is Planned Parenthood.. in the large city of Houston… planned parenthood is the only place I can find a PCP doctor in network?

Since I downloaded this application it has never worked. Constantly crashing and not letting me log-in, forcing me to use Safari and my computer to get basic information. Also this application does not provide a good breakdown of therapists or any mental health services in the area so goodluck with calling around to figure out who is in network for those seevices. Unfortunate downgrade due to my company switching providers despite being significantly more expensive.
