Please Bring Back FaceID
This app used to allow FaceID. An update removed that function and now I am having to reset my password almost every time I login because I can’t remember the password I set the last time I had to login. It’s frustrating that I need to do that much nowadays to login, when I used to be able to use FaceID.

Great job. The portal keeps getting better and better. I don’t know how it could be improved. When the actual visit occurs; maybe a meal with this flight. I’m partial to salmon and fresh fruit.

Tying to read messages BUT KEEP GETTING SPIN OF DEATH trying to change messages. Back button doesn't work usually have to restart app! Been at this for 30 minutes on Sunday. You have too many changes from the original software. This causes errors or wait times. Most changes are just unnecessary!

Only down side - I’ve recently moved 4 hours away and there are no BSW near… Chambers / Jefferson /Harris counties… Expand your territories please. I will not give up my Doctors at BSW. And it’s a long trip and costly to travel. My Special Needs daughter needs you also.
