Bugged
Idk WTH happened. I got in with no problems and about 2 weeks ago I can’t get into. I have a message just sitting there waiting for me to respond. PLEASE stop trying to fix things that don’t need fixed. I’m hanging on because this was very helpful, however if I cannot get a resolution by May 1,2024 I will delete.
Worst app name ever!
The icon name is mean meaningless. Functionality is very poor as it the overall look and feel.
I Wish..
I wish I could say this app did something for me but it don’t. It says in the description “stay in touch with your Home Medical Supplier”, yeah not if it’s MSC because they sure don’t monitor when you send them a message. No answer just dead silence! Of course they can’t get things right when you speak to a so called “sleep coach” on the phone.
So, so bad!!!!
Opens less than 10% of the time. Provides so little information as to be useless. The only helpful feature is the message section, but if you can’t open the app, then even this “best feature” is only a frustration.
App
Can’t even register once I do and I put the password in it locks me out saying wrong password I click on change password and get the same thing wrong password… I have clicked and changed the password 300 time and get the same message wrong password… any help would be great
Impossible to use
This app is impossible to use, at least for me. I just received my supplies and found my order to be incomplete. I guess I will try to give her a call. I sure do miss Vicky. She was always on the ball.

This app is extremely helpful. I was able to make a payment on my account and process my next order! Like that I can message my supplier when I don’t have time to call!
