Wiped my comp screen?
I synced it and then my cpap screen was wiped and now I cannot use settings! I hope that this recovers because if not the cpap is useless without being able to see settings
So much better than the old app
The new app is much more useful than the old app. I had no issues registering and now I can see my sleep the same as my provider. So much more information.
What is this thing?
I’m wondering if I have the right app! I open it and — nothing. I can’t figure out where the menu is or how to use it. I scan the QR code on my machine — how do I open the report? I’m pretty tech savvy but there is something terribly wrong with this app
Unable to log in
I created an account with email and password. Every time I try to log in, I get an error message that the email or password is incorrect. I reset the password 5 times and continue to get the error message. I reinstalled the app and tried to create an account with the same email and got a message that the email was already in use. It’s evidently not the email that’s a problem and the numerous password resets haven’t fixed it. I like the machine but this app is horrible.

The QR doesn't scan. It won't save my personal info. It won't connect to anything.
Terrible Terrible Terrible!
I can’t believe a company that makes a CPAP can not at least have the knowledge or higher someone with the knowledge to make an app that works. I can connect a crappy pair of $10 headphones easier that I can synced this device. I think at 1.5 stars this app is seriously overrated. Bleh!
Company doesn’t respect customers
They literally just rug pulled the old app and all my data and replaced it without warning. How hard would it have been to provided some notice via an in app message even a week before the change? The fact they rolled it out this way shows a complete disregard for their customers. I lost all my data older than Jan 1.
