Would not even open
I am having trouble with my onstar and this app doesn’t open
Too slow
Not sure what happened to the app but now it seems incredibly slow. It’s now quicker for me to go into my house, grab my keys and come back outside to unlock my truck than it is to login to the app. I received a message 3 hours ago that my truck was unlocked but I haven’t used the app in days so it’s not only slow but also a security concern.
Not working
My Chevy app has not been working for over 1 month and I am not happy
What happened?
This app used to be so awesome but it takes so long to open! I’ve had to back out, clear the cache and go back in just to see the stats! Please fix this ASAP!!!!!
Needs service
This app is terrible. Never loads on WiFi or on Data servers. This app is not a benefit and it needs a major upgrade
Smart driver update
So earlier this year I wrote about how I was having issues tracking my car, well I got it fixed but only after I wiped my phone completely clean of everything and back to factory settings which in my opinion it shouldn’t have come to that(I left my original review down below). Well I got an email from OnStar saying that as of June 26th 2024 they would be discontinuing the smart driver feature. I personally am disappointed knowing this since I just like how I like to keep track for ways to improve same like I do with my electric bill to find ways to reduce our usage. Lately there has been an issue for tracking car location. I have had this app for years like at minimum 6 years. So I am extremely un happy that I can no longer use features I have always used through the app on my iPhone that I have always. Update to developer response. Yes I uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times actually. It is actually one of my go to. My hubby’s clutter, duty, at a former duty station was IT. And many many years ago I dated someone who did IT for a living so I know that trick but it still didn’t hence why I wrote my review
Very difficult to manage apps that is unreliable
This app is very poorly designed and hard to manage. The features are relatively useless, I’ve had a car credited to me that I turned into a lease six months ago, but I have no way to add my new vehicle. Very difficult to maneuver through and the menu options are very unhelpful. on top of that it often struggles to load successfully. Absolutely hate this app but need to keep leasing GM and Chevy vehicles.
