Scam App
Used to use the MOPAR app - found out it was discontinued and got redirected to download this app. After entering your VIN, it prompts you to call an agent to set up your access. That agent will then attempt to sell you a monthly subscription to use the app. Just disclose this in the app and let people decide. The bait and switch was very much not appreciated. In response to the developer, yes you can technically still use the app…if you type the VIN number in every time you use it. It will not store information without a paid subscription. Even in your response, you’ve doubled down on being misleading.
Uconnect was better.
If I could give this app 0 stars I would. Nothing works correctly. I genuinely don’t know why Uconnect was phased out for this sad excuse of a service.
I can not connect
unfortunately I can't connect my Dodge Durango to the app, I always get a warning that I need to call an agent
Dodge app
Like it when it works. For some reason I have to change pin everytime. And this time Face ID says doesn’t recognize. But I’m able to start car and all that. Just wish Face ID worked so I don’t have problems with the password.
Terrible, Does not work. Zero Rating!
I have tried several times to scan and enter my Vin numbers manually for my 2007 & 2009 Dodge vehicles. Each time the app said they couldn’t be found. I had the original Mopar app and it always worked I’m going to delete this one due to lack of functionality.
dodge charger GT 2023
this app isn’t letting me add my car to it whenever i put in my VIN it doesn’t connect
App is glitchy
I love my new Dodge Hornet beside the couple glitches with computer system. However, I’m surprised with the bugs in the app. - Starting vehicle gives error that it can’t start and error gives no info. - battery / gas level sometimes give no fuel level - status screen states incorrect info like saying my car is unlocked even though it’s not. - map location doesn’t update or is incorrect.
