I have tried using this app a number of times. I am a new Fiat owner, and would like to be able to take advantage of things this app supposedly does. However, all I can do is get as far as registering. When I try to add my car, the app hangs. I’m going to try it a couple more times and then it’s on me. Fool me once…

The scanning feature won’t pick up then vin no matter what angle I use nor vin barcode I try. And it only can figure out what car I have by doing it manually but then when I go to move on it will not let me, it states there’s an error and to try again, which I do, again, and again, and again. Reloading the app does not work. Same error.

The dealership recommended this app. Completely useless. I’ve tried entering my VIN. I’ve tried scanning my VIN. It cannot find my vehicle.

-app seems mostly unfinished -can’t find a dealership location in the app IN ITALY, as I’m on vacation while writing this review in Rome. Passed by Jeep/Alfa Romero/Fiat dealership earlier. You would think that at least this app to somewhat work in the country where it all started. Shut down this one and bring back the old one.
