I had a 2019 Gran Turismo, the last production year of that generation, and I don’t qualify as an owner on this pointedly useless app. Very happy with my new Aston Martin.

Maserati seems to only be generating ill will with this app. I have at sweet new Granturismo and can’t even verify my email. Instead of brand engagement, the app adds to the brand frustration.

This app features a unique interface that makes you feel integrated with the brand. I highly recommend this app for both Maserati Owners and Enthusiasts alike. Almost like a virtual brochure, this app features intimate experiences where you explore the latest projects from the House of the Trident where you can read, hear, see and almost feel the cars for an extremely immersive user experience. Currently not a Maserati owner, yet, as they have special pages exclusive for Maserati Owners. No technical glitches or bugs with the current version on iPhone 12 Pro.

Hi. Love my Trident. Hate this app. Hard to believe the app is Maserati it's so SO bad. I got the app to make it easier for me to schedule service and contact Maserati and my dealership directly through the app instead of phone calls etc. But since getting the app, the "The purest form of excitement" page 12 | 16 has NEVER WORKED and remains in "error-tap to retry" screen. The worst is the ONE time I used the app to schedule service with my dealership, it not only didn't contact my dealership, but ever since I used that section, the service request page has been frozen in the request service confirmation page saying my request has been sent and now that section of the app, the primary reason I wanted it, is completely useless and non-functional. Frozen in time showing the one request for service I attempted to schedule through it. I found out this part of the app doesn't work after a couple days of not hearing from my dealership service department I grew suspicious, so I called them directly. I told the service manager about it and then I wrote Maserati both through the app and through separate email to alert them about this issue. I received one reply to my app message they would fix it, but after months of hearing nothing more, and deleting and reinstalling the app myself to see if that would fix it, I've given up on it. So I'm now posting this "review" in the hopes someone will fix this app once and for all so maybe I can actually use it. I have screenshots of mentioned issues BTW.
