Issues with setup
The dealer had the system send me a pin which I provided to them to complete the setup of the account. The process was arduous because establishing your account after the invite was sent did not function correctly on my iPhones safari browser. Specifically, after entering in my password and accepting the terms, the captcha box wouldn’t respond and blocked me from registration. I bypassed this by perform the account registration on my laptop. Question: Inside the app, to add you car, it’s asks the the Chassi and Plate. Please explain exactly what those two fields require.

Consistently lousy.
I have waited two years for the car I ordered. I recently received a message that I could view the photos of the car in production. When I go to the website, I receive a message that says page not found. So frustrating. Very low quality service from Ferrari. Very poor sales quality from the dealership as well.
