Great service
I have used the Hampr app for a year and have always been pleased with their services. I don’t have a washer and dryer and live on the 2nd floor of an apartment complex, so having my laundry washed, dried, folded and delivered is amazing. I wish I had found them years ago. 🫶🏻
They charge you even after canceling.
I canceled the service back on march 7 even had a email stream of where I canceled. The stream even contains them offering me credit etc etc. I just replied to cancel the service and low and behold in true scammer behavior they attempted to charge my credit card. Such bogus bull!
Ruined my day
Tried to use on a business trip in New Orleans. Had to wake up two hours early to hand over my laundry. The Washr no-showed. Kept trying to find another washer throughout the day. I’d get someone and they would cancel.
Service is great, app is awful
The service from Hampr and the way it works is great. The app, not so much. The “presets” settings does not work at all. Hanging preferences and dryer sheet usage is not saved. Every time you modify an existing preset, it saves a new one by sticking “modified” at the end. Now I have like 30 presets and none actually have what I want saved in the them. Has anyone tested this? Also, simply modifying a load in an order is annoying. When you try to “update” the load and you scroll down it hasn’t detected an input yet, so when you tap it scrolls you back up. VERY ANNOYING. Also, if you modify a load it moves the load to the bottom of the load list. If you need someone to test your app and come up with a long list of bugs, let me know.
Good Idea, Poor Execution
After days of waiting for a pickup on my three loads of laundry, I’ve given up and will instead go with Happy Nest and my local laundromat. I loved this idea but unfortunately, they are just not there when you need the service. Customer service couldn’t guarantee me a pick up at all, and I was forced to cancel my membership without ever getting to try it. I live right outside Jacksonville Florida, which is a large city, if that helps anyone.

I work 2 jobs, hours ranging from 10-24 hrs at a time. I starting using this app because out of convenience. I have been using them for a while now, over 8 months. I paid for the premium membership and had my clothes picked up pretty much biweekly, always followed their rules and never over stuffed my bags. I tried to report a Washr (same related washer who claimed majority of my orders) for stealing my clothes and they said they don’t believe me. I have over $300 worth of my belongings missing and they haven’t reimbursed me. It took 3 weeks for a manager to even reach out to me. And once they did reach out, they said I was lying argued that my belongings weren’t stolen at all. Their reimbursement policy states if you claim your missing items within a certain time you’ll be able to get the money back. ITS A LIE. Daniel is rude, dismissive and the reason for this rating.
I put my pants on just like the rest of you - one leg at a time. Except, when my pants are on, they were washed by hampr. Now with assorted performance upgrades.
