Frequent Sitter
I use this app often. The upgrade is nice but here are a few of my issues: 1. The new update no longer syncs my bookings with my icalendar on my iPhone. This was the best feature of the app before the upgrade and I would love to see it back. 2. Sitters should be able to change rates for the amount of kids a family would like us to sit for. Charging one price for 1-2 kids should not be constant for the charge of 3-5 kids. 3. I miss the boost button for the weekends. Being able to say you are available/unavailable on the weekends was a great feature.

I have been a sitter through Bambino for over a year, and I had been very pleased with the app. However, recently there was an update changing the formatting of the app, and I have not gotten a sit request since. There used to be a feature where you could say if you were available the upcoming Friday and Saturday, and if you were, your profile would be boosted and would be more likely to get requests for those days. I’m very disappointed in this update.

I babysat for a family, and the mother “cancelled” 2 DAYS after I already babysat?? So she hasn’t paid me at all for the hours that I watched her child. She also has been ignoring my texts and I’m furious that the app let this happen. Waste of my time.
