Simply select the required services and choose the dates for collection & delivery, leaving any additional instructions for the driver. Following this, we’ll take care of everything else with the help of our partner cleaning facilities. • What is the turnaround time? For standard laundry and dry cleaning services, we have a monthly average of collecting and delivering within 24 hours. Note* duvet and bulky items may require additional time. We will always do our best to let you know in advance if you have included items that will require a longer processing time, or if there are any delivery changes to your order. • Where do you clean my clothes? After your items are collected by our driver, they are taken to one of our local partner facilities. Each order is processed separately - Laundry orders are weighed and cleaned, while all other services are individually itemized and processed. • Can I provide my own detergent? At this time, we do not offer the option for customers to provide their own laundry detergent, but please let us know if you are allergic to a certain type so we can make sure to avoid it. • Do you wash my clothes with other people’s clothes? Absolutely not. Each order is washed separately so no need to worry about that. Your clothes are safe with us!

During my extended vacation/hotel stay in London, UK 🇬🇧 the laundry service provided by Laundryheap was an absolute blessing. The service was great and the prices extremely reasonable, especially in comparison to the hotel’s laundry service. Staff was courteous and efficient. Only 1 time (out of 4), was a promised delivery rescheduled to the next day. My recommendation is to not depend on the 24hr delivery promise if you are on a tight schedule. Overall, the service and communication was still very commendable, but the inconvenience should be noted. I will use them again and again. I highly recommend!!!

It was really seamless and easy. I picked the service I wanted and then the slot I wanted then to pick my laundry up for the same day. I was able to track the driver in app and through text/email updates until he picked up my laundry. It actually took a little less than 24hrs when the delivery driver the next day came to drop of my laundry to me (I picked this option, you can pick no contact if you want). I did the mixed wash service and my clothes came back clean, fresh and nicely folded !

Primero indican que la factura será de $39 dólares (1 abrigo + 1 “bed sheets”). Después me terminan cobrando $96, porque al parecer cada pieza del juego de sábanas tiene un precio. Y lo cobran sin pedir confirmación, ya que al pagar los primers $39, pre-autorizas la tarjeta para futuros cargos. Información dudosa. No hay manera de reclamar en la app hasta después de que se haya realizado el pago. La vez anterior encargué dry cleaning en una chaqueta y volvió igual que la envié. Error mio por darles una segunda oportunidad. Tened cuidado con esta app.
