Don’t work for these folks
There’s so many things that I can list by working for this company in only one week. First, the laundry that you get will have feces, blood and other bodily contents that you are expected to wash. In the handbook, it says that the customer is not supposed to even put those types of items in the hamper but they do it anyway. If you reject the item, the customer will complain and you will get a violation on your account. Also, customers are supposed to work out any stains on their clothing but they do not and you are expected to work the stains out. If the customer complains, you will have a violation on your account for that as well. The customers account will state that they will provide their own detergents/dryer sheets but they don’t even put it in the hamper and expect you to wash their clothes anyway. They do that to lower their costs. Also, customers will overstuff the hamper so that they will not have to pay for multiple loads. The customers constantly find ways to cheat the system but you will be accused by “support agents” of cheating the system. Such a shame. If you are have unexpected car trouble, the support agents will be rude and condescending towards you and suspend/ban your account. The support agents also hate when you ask questions on what the violation policy is and they will accuse you of trying to work around the system. Don’t even waste your time on this. There’s better companies elsewhere.
Dont even waste your time
If u send in an application they wont hire you. They dont even email u back in regards to your application. Dont even waste ur time and effort with them. Its not worth it. So many other gig jobs you can do besides wash ppls laundry.
app is slow
app is slow when opening. i will get a notification that an order was posted, then as soon as i open the app, the map takes forever to load and someone has already claimed the order. i get it is competitive, but i think the app could use some work.
App opens slow
When I first installed the app it opens fast but once I did the updates it now opens slow. Sometimes it won’t open. So I have to close it and try again and then it opens but it is slow. Once I am in it works good but sense the update it is slow.
