I used (or tried to use) this service 3 times 1st time - was disappointed with the clean (I paid for their highest level of clean and it only took them an hour to do my apartment- 1 bed/1 bath; two workers cleaning it). I was offered a credit after voicing my concerns to the company 2nd time - they had issues finding my apartment but once they did, they did a great job cleaning. Was very satisfied with the work. 3rd time - miserable- I had scheduled the service in advance so that my place would be clean when I returned from a long trip. I received texts that they were having trouble finding my apartment and that the leasing office told them the service hadn’t been scheduled? They were in the wrong apartment (had my neighbor go down and check and no one had been there). They said they ran out of time bc of the mix up and would need to reschedule the service a different day. Extremely frustrating. When I expressed frustration they offered a $15 credit. In my opinion, that did not match the situation and almost frustrated me even more. Extremely disappointing. I asked for a manager to reach out to me and that request seemed to be ignored. They canceled the service at my request and said they would be fully refunding. They have a partnership w my apartment complex and to me the value of this partnership is that they have easy access to your apartment. This has not been the case for 2 out of the 3 cleans. I will not be using this service again as I don’t want to risk this disappointment and frustration again. Not worth the hassle.

This is my first time using the service & I am very happy with the results. The cleaner(Andrea) was punctual, professional, fast, & friendly. I would definitely recommend using spruce if you don’t have time to clean. They are well worth it!

I used them twice. Once for the basic cleaning and then upgrade to their premium cleaning with two add ons. They were in and out both times in under 45 minutes. Not sure how a premium cleaning and basic cleaning take the same amount of time. Plus MULTIPLE surfaces were completely ignored and I could barely tell what they had actually done. If you want to pay $200 for some to come shine up your faucets and stainless steel appliances and vacuum, they’re great, otherwise, please don’t not expect them to actually be useful.

I absolutely love spruce and their communication and quality. My favorite cleaner Melissa is absolutely my favorite! My apartment looks brand new everytime, very respectful to me and my space and very quick while keeping quality! 🥳🤍 I don’t ever need another cleaning service company other than spruce!
