Annoying App Updatw
There were two good features for this app. The first being getting a code for your packages and the other being able to easily input a tracking number you didn’t receive a notification for. For some dumb reason they got rid of the second most important function of the app. They force you to have to chat instead of just making it an easy solve. There’s like 12 steps too far to find a missing package. The new app also doesn’t sync and you don’t get any new codes. Bad user experience.

Seems great. Until they sign off your package to someone else. And then they have no data or video footage showing who opened the door or who gave the package. Weve had packages go missing and now they’re relying on the property cameras. Its basically a lockbox with Bluetooth.

Customer support was no help. Been trying to log into my account but keeps referring me to update my billing card. I did that online via computer. But still doesn’t allow me to access my account.

This app continues to get worse with each new version. Now it won’t even use the iOS keychain during login so you have to type in your email and it uses a non-safe OTP. If you want to easily switch between accounts forget it, it’s is now impossible to do so. I wish my community did not use Luxer as this service is so bad.

The latest “improved”version is not. Used to be able to zoom in on label pics to see if the parcel is mine or someone else in my household. Cannot do that now. Pics are too small to read label even with strong reading glasses. Super irritating.
