Crashes constantly
Crashes constantly, you can’t open more than one door in a single session, you have to force quit and re open every time and 25% of the time it crashes anyway. The Watch app also does not work and there’s no way to add Latch to your wallet

My apartment only uses the latch app no keys - and this app is always crashing and half the time I end up typing in my code to get in places. This isn’t an issue for just me or my household but all of my neighbors in my apartment complain about it too.

I was forced to download this app by my property manager. The app crashes frequently. The Bluetooth access is often very slow. Do not recommend.

No way to actually see history if you have dozens of doors. you have to know which door you actually went to in order to see the history of it. which is dumb compounded with no way to rename the different doors, which is bad when whoever named each door gave the absolute worst descriptions. also drag to reorder is a terrible UX, once an item is at the top of the list, it’s stuck there, and trying to move it down just pulls the UI drawer shut. actually embarrassing

While running the newest version of Latch (2.97.3) The application when used to unlock a secondary door after just being used to unlock a door, specifically accessed from the Lock Screen widget, will cause the app to crash - requiring a relaunch.

When I first got this app, it was awesome. I don’t know what has happened recently but whenever I use my watch or my phone to unlock the door at my apartment complex, it opens my wallet instead every time I have to hold it there like 10 times before it actually finally opens the latch fix it please
